- 1 bunch of mangold (Swiss chard)
- 1 onion
- 200g feta cheese
- 4 sheets of filo dough
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Chop the mangold and onion finely. Crumble the feta cheese.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the mangold and cook for a few minutes until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
