Zutaten
- 200g vegane Butter
- 200g Zucker
- 200g Mehl
- 1 TL Backpulver
- 2 EL Kakaopulver
- 1 TL Salz
- 100g Cranberries
- 100ml Pflanzenmilch
Zubereitung
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix vegan butter and sugar together in a bowl.
- Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt and mix until everything is combined.
- Fold in the cranberries.
- Add the plant milk and mix until everything is combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before serving.
