This Banana Tiramisu recipe combines the rich flavors of traditional Tiramisu with the sweetness of ripe bananas. Layers of creamy mascarpone cheese and ladyfinger cookies soaked in coffee and banana liqueur create a decadent dessert that is perfect for any special occasion.

- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 100g sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12-15 ladyfinger cookies
- 200ml strong coffee
- 50ml banana liqueur
Zubereitung
- In a mixing bowl, mash 2 of the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture.
