Zutaten

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12-15 ladyfinger cookies
  • 200ml strong coffee
  • 50ml banana liqueur

Zubereitung

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash 2 of the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture.
